Our middleware acts as a high-security "File Watcher." It monitors your designated SFTP directory at scheduled intervals, detects new transaction files, and immediately initiates the e-invoice processing lifecycle.

Closed-Loop Automation Flow

We provide a bidirectional automation loop. Not only do we pull your data for submission, but we also push the results back to your server.

1. ERP Drop: Your system exports raw transaction data (CSV, XML, or flat files) to the secure folder.
2. Secure Pull: Our middleware retrieves the file using SSH encryption.
3. LHDN Link: Data is validated, signed, and submitted to HASiL.
4. Result Push: A confirmation file containing UUIDs and validation statuses is written back to your "Results" directory.
