Precision in Transaction Adjustments

Returns, order cancellations, and data entry errors are standard parts of business operations. In the LHDN MyInvois ecosystem, these adjustments must be handled via specific "Adjustment Notes"—namely Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), or Refund Notes.

Our middleware provides a dedicated framework for ensuring that these adjustments are not just submitted, but correctly referenced. Without proper linkage to the original validated invoice's UUID, adjustment notes will be rejected by HASiL, leading to audit risks and incomplete financial records.

Linking CNs to Original Invoices

The core capability of our middleware is the Secure UUID Linkage Index. By maintaining a local, encrypted database of all successfully validated invoices, the middleware can automatically retrieve and append the required LHDN reference codes to your Credit Note requests. This eliminates the need for manual UUID lookups in your ERP software.

Partial vs. Full Credit Note Logic

The middleware intelligently calculates remaining balances. If you issue a partial Credit Note for a damaged item, the system tracks the reduced taxable value of the original invoice. This prevents "Over-Crediting" and ensures your internal ledger stays perfectly synchronized with the LHDN MyInvois portal.

UUID Indexing

Every submission is indexed locally, allowing for instant linkage of adjustment notes without manual lookup.

Balance Verification

Prevents submission of adjustment notes that exceed the original invoice value, protecting your compliance status.
